AUTHOR'S NOTE: double page for the midpoint!! and a nice little Moment to serve as the emotional fulcrum :3 i took the story structure from some deviantart guide on 12-page comics and it was super helpful. eg this is meant to be a turning point in the story, and as another little secret, the first & last pages mirror each other (plus the order in which characters arrive and depart!)
